These noted lawyers, academics and elected representatives will address the Emergencies Act, and the significant consequences this poses to democracy, the Freedom Convoy and Canadian society. There is no legitimate justification for assuming these powers against Canadians exercising their fundamental rights to peaceful assembly and free expression.
