World’s First Vaccine Murder case against Bill Gates, Adar Poonawalla filed in India’s High Court.

Petitioner has sought prosecution of AstraZeneca’s (Covishield) manufacturer Bill Gates, his partner Adar Poonawalla and other Government officials and leaders involved in the murder of a 23 year old man, who lost his life because of vaccination. The deceased took the Covishield vaccine by believing in the false narrative that the vaccine is completely safe and also owing to the compliance requirement set by the Railways that only double vaccinated people would be allowed to travel.
The Government of India’s AEFI (Adverse Event Following Immunisation) Committee has recently admitted that the death of Dr.SnehalLunawat,was due to side effects of the Covishield vaccine. The said report has exposed the falsity of the claim made by vaccine syndicatethat vaccines are totally safe.
Petitioner has claimed Rs. 1000 crores ($ 134 million USD) compensation and has asked for interim compensation of Rs. 100 crores ($ 13.4 million USD).
Petitioner has also sought Lie Detector, Narco Analysis Test of accused Bill Gates and others.
In a case before the American Court regarding the side effects of MR vaccines, the Court accepted the settlement of compensation of 101 Million US Dollars (around Rs. 752 Crores) to the victim.
In another case in America, the CIA, FDA’s office of criminal investigation, recovered around 10.2 Billion US Dollar (around Rs.76,00 crores) from Pharma Company GlaxoSmithKline for various offences including suppression of side effects of the medicines and putting the life of Americans in danger.
The company’s unlawful promotion of certain prescription drugs, its failure to report certain safety data, and its civil liability for alleged false price reporting practices.
The United States further alleges that GSK sponsored dinner programs, lunch programs, spa programs and similar activities to promote the use of Paxil in children and adolescents. GSK paid a speaker to talk to an audience of doctors and paid for the meal or spa treatment for the doctors who attended.
Between 2001 and 2007, GSK failed to include certain safety data about Avandia, a diabetes drug.
The missing information included data regarding certain post-marketing studies, as well as data regarding two studies undertaken in response to European regulators’ concerns about the cardiovascular safety of Avandia. Since 2007, the FDA has added two black box warnings to the Avandia label to alert physicians about the potential increased risk of (1) congestive heart failure, and (2) myocardial infarction (heart attack).
It also includes allegations that GSK paid kickbacks to health care professionals to induce them to promote and prescribe these drugs as well as the drugs Imitrex, Lotronex, Flovent and Valtrex. The United States alleges that this conduct caused false claims to be submitted to federal health care programs.
Constitution Bench of Supreme Court of India in Anita Kushwaha’s case (2016) 8 SCC 509,made it clear that the rights of Indians are no lesser than the people across the world.
In India lakhs of compensation claims are expected to be filed soon.
The judgment in Montgomery’s case [2015] UKSC 11, Airdale NHS Trust Vs. Bland (1993) 1 All ER 821, Common Cause Vs. Union of India (2018) 5 SCC 1 and Registrar General Vs. State of Meghalaya 2021 SCC OnLineMegh 130 and also the Universal Declaration on Bioethics & Human Rights, 2005, makes it clear that before giving vaccine or any treatment to a person, he should be informed about the side effects of the medicine and also about the alternate remedies available.
If any person is vaccinated by suppressing the facts or by telling a lie that the said vaccines are completely safe, amount to the consent being obtained under deception. Based on the abovesaid legal position the petitioner asked for registration of an F.I.R. under Section 52, 115, 302, 409, 120(B), 420, 34, 109 etc. of IPC and section 51(b), 55 of the Disaster Management Act, 2005 against concerned officials who were marketing the vaccines as completely safe.
Bill Gates and Adar Poonawalla, the partners in manufacturing the Covishield (AstraZeneca) vaccine are made accused for their involvement in conspiracy.
In India, the person allowing the false marketing of his product is also held to be guilty due to his act of commission and omission. In this regard the provisions of Section 120(B), 34, 109 etc. of IPC get attracted to make Bill Gates and Adar Poonawalla guilty of mass murders i.e. Section 302, 115, etc. of IPC.
The prayers in the petition read thus;
“i)C.B.I. be directed to treat this petition as F.I.R. and prosecute the offender as done by Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of Noida Entrepreneurs Association Vs. Noida (2011) 6 SCC 508and followed by this Hon’ble Court in the matter between Param Bir Singh v. State of Maharashtra, 2021 SCC OnLineBom 516.
ii)B.I. be further directed to immediately start custodial interrogation of the accused and take use of scientific tests like Lie Detector Test, Brain Mapping Test and Narco Analysis Test to unearth the complete conspiracy and to save the life of Indian Citizen;
iii)Direction to Respondent No. 1 i.e. State of Maharashtra to pay an interim compensation of Rs. 100 crores to the Petitioner forthwith and then to recover it from the guilty officials responsible for death of the Petitioners citizen by their deliberate and unlawful act of commission and omission.”
As per the expert opinion, considering the proofs of sterling nature, Bill Gates and Adar Poonawalla will get death penalty.
The Petitioner also relied upon the criminal antecedents of Bill Gates in killing 8 female children by unauthorized trial of HPV vaccines in India and judgment of Constitution Bench of the Supreme Court in Kalpana Mehta’s Case (2018) 7 SCC 1, which is a strong proof against Bill Gates and his vaccine syndicate.
Petitioner has also referred to the proofs of sinister plan of Bill Gates in polio programme which spoiled the lives of 4.5 lakh children in India as they suffered new type of paralysis. This is also an additional proof of Bill Gates’ pervert and criminal mindset.
As per experts, there is no chance of Bill Gates getting bail in the case and all the movable and immovable properties of the accused will be confiscated soon.
Various social organizations and common people have decided to exercise citizen’s right to arrest the accused as provided under section 43 of Cr.P.C. As per the said section, any citizen can arrest Bill Gates, Adar Poonawalla and other accused and handover them to the police.
Recently in Australia around 10,000 compensation claims are filed against the vaccine injury.

Govt Committee Accepts Doctor Died Due To COVID Vaccine Linked Blood Clot
Dr. Snehal’s kin wrote to the government and asked the WHO to investigate the cause of her death as it was not registered as an AEFI.
India’s National Adverse Event Following Immunisation (AEFI) committee has finally acknowledged that the death of Dr. Snehal Lunawat, a 33- year-old doctor from Maharashtra working in Gurugram was due to a rare blood clotting event that occurred after she took Covishield. The doctor’s family had to approach the World Health Organisation to intervene as the Indian officials had not even registered her death as an adverse event.
The family followed up with the ministry as well as Serum Institute of India who are manufacturing the Covishield vaccine but did not receive satisfactory responses.
BOOM had earlier reported how the All India Drugs Network was helping the Lunawat family in successfully reporting the case as an AEFI. Siddharth Das, a representative with AIDN had then told BOOM that the family had not heard from the AEFI committee even after repeated requests.
Close to seven months after her death, repeated requests, WHO’s intervention, and even filing an RTI reply, the AEFI committee has accepted that Dr. Lunawat died due to a rare complication caused by the vaccine. The national AEFI committee reported that she died due to a vaccine product related reaction which was- “Right transverse sinus thrombosis with right temporal haemorrhagic infarct, right, posterior frontal haemorrhagic infarct with thrombocytopaenia”
In simpler terms, this means that her blood platelet count decreased on account of increased bleeding in her brain.

Dr. Lunawat’s death is recognised as the third vaccine induced death by the committee. In March, the committee had reported the death of a 68-year-old man who received COVID died post an anaphylactic reaction. In its August meeting, the committee also recorded another anaphylactic death in a 47-year-old male who had received Covaxin.
In a reply to a RTI filed by Ms. Sapna Lunawat, who is related to Dr. Lunawat, the government shared that till September 30, they received over 1765 AEFI complaints for Covishield vaccine but not all of them are necessarily linked to the vaccine. It also added that between January 16 and April 30, close to 412 deaths after vaccination were reported across the country for both the vaccines but they had to be further investigated to know if they were linked to the vaccine.
Why Did It Take So Long To Identify The Death As An AEFI?
BOOM contacted Shubham Lunawat, Dr. Snehal’s brother to understand why they had to ask the AIDN to intervene as well as why did it take so long for the government to acknowledge her death as an AEFI.
“Snehal received the vaccine in Nashik, but suffered complications in Gurugram where she was working in March. The Gurugram authorities did not report it as an adverse event as she had received the vaccine in Maharashtra,” Shubham shared.
It is the responsibility of the District Information Officers to collect any AEFI reports within their districts and submit it to the central committee. Each vaccination centre has a designated nodal officer that looks after any cases that are reported. In the current case, the family themselves were not sure if this could be due to the vaccine. “Initially, I was the first one to believe that this would not be related to the vaccine. After reading about such vaccine induced thrombotic thrombocytopenia (VITT- decreased blood platelet) cases caused due to the AstraZeneca vaccine abroad, we thought we should get this further investigated as her death was due to a decrease in her blood platelets,” Shubham told BOOM.
They even wrote to Serum Institute who first denied that the death could be vaccine induced but after the recent conclusion by the committee have also removed a statement.

Even the committee at first did not think that the death was related to the vaccine. Shubham then approached the AIDN and approached the WHO officials in Nashik. While the AIDN wrote to all the health officials to consider investigating further, the WHO officials said that they would look into the case, too.
Another RTI filed with the Immunisation Department showed that they received the final documents consisting of her post mortem and death details on June 8 after which they screened it on June 29 and deliberated on September 17. In the meeting on September 25, they accepted that her death was caused due to the vaccine. It was labelled as A1 suggesting that it was vaccine product related.
Gaps In AEFI Management
Shubham added that after his family’s experience, he has realised that many people are unaware about adverse events.

“Not only are people unaware but even the doctors are unaware about AEFI. This is a concern. Even though the government says it has trained people, it is a big concern. People are not aware about them and even at the centres, they are not informed about adverse events, ” Shubham stated. He also added that nobody from Serum approached them before or after the causality report when across the world there have been reports of clotting due to the AstraZeneca vaccine.
